Office Manager – Operations: tech firm in Covent Garden: £40,000 plus great benefits

This is a busy Office Management role, overseeing Operations for a technology firm whose London HQ is made up of around 100 staff. A global business whose focus is tech / travel, you will be a key member of their global support team, a ‘go-to’ for you colleagues and the Senior Management Team.

Your role will be broad and varied with some international support; this role will suit a candidate who is happy troubleshooting, a real problem-solver who is cheerful and will build great relationships across the team plus externally (landlord, building management, suppliers, etc.). Beautifully refurbished office environment with hot-desking across the team; light and modern – 7 meeting rooms plus roof terrace and large kitchen / social space.

You will be involved in:

  • Taking day-to-day responsibility for the running of the London office, ensuring it is functioning well and an enjoyable place to be
  • Coordinating refreshments, deliveries, supplies, post, etc.
  • Monitoring office budget
  • Office infrastructure and setup, IT troubleshooting
  • Booking travel for the team as required
  • Events including weekly drinks social, larger teambuilding and seasonal company-wide
  • Lots of additional ad-hoc projects as part of a supportive, friendly People Operations team

This role is permanent, full-time and office-based Monday-Friday each week.

£40,000 plus great additional perks and package (discretionary bonus, enhanced pension, 25 days’ holiday)
