Key Responsibilities

· Grow and manage a portfolio of customer accounts

· Developing multi-functional and multi-level business relationships within our target market

· Outbound calls to grow area - (Cold calls, LinkedIn, Seminars)

· Identifying and resolving customer issues, including working with internal departments when needed

· Contributing to revenue growth by upselling/uplifting and seizing every opportunity

· Working towards weekly KPI's and monthly targets; both individually and as a team

· Deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through a mixture of retention and growth
