The One Group are pleased to be working with a leading tier 1 and OEM supplier of Aerospace components who are seeking a Environmental, Health and Safety & Facilities Manager to ensure continuous development of Health, Safety and Environmental systems meet legislative requirements.
The business is an established manufacturing company who supply world class components to high value customers, you will report directly to the CEO of the company where you will overlook everything Environmental, Health and Safety & Facilities within the business.
The day-to-day duties include:
- Develop, promote and implement the company Health, Safety and Environmental Management policies are in place.
- Develop matrix across Health, Safety and Environmental as well as facilities
- Carry out audits, workplace inspections and safety tours to develop action plans
- Implement and manage TPM schedules throughout the factory
What we are looking for:
- Sound understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental standards such as ISO14001 and ISO18001 with experience of implementing standards into the business
- Experienced in the principles of risk assessment techniques
- Strong communicator who can present to groups at all levels within the business
- NEBOSH certificate in Health and Safety
