Regional Marketing Director – Demand Generation, ABM, Pre-IPO, SaaS, London


We are recruiting for an innovative and fast-growing technology company specializing in digital security solutions. The mission is to revolutionize the industry by providing cutting-edge technology that helps businesses protect their digital assets from emerging threats. As they expand, we are looking for a Regional Marketing Director.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a regional perspective of the global marketing plan.
  • Represent regional needs, nuances, and requirements in campaign planning and execution.
  • Design and execute innovative marketing programs to drive lead generation, nurture early pipeline, and support ABX initiatives.
  • Coordinate with sales leaders, AEs, BDRs, and account management teams to communicate plans, actions, follow-ups, and insights during regular business reviews.
  • Collaborate with global field marketing to align resources, planning, and capacity, ensuring maximum return on event investments in the region.
  • Work cross-functionally within marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure the region meets its pipeline and revenue goals.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Marketing/Demand Generation Director in a technology-focused company, ideally within a startup
  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation across multiple channels
  • 3+ years of experience in account-based marketing (ABM) or account-based experience (ABX)
  • Proven ability to lead collaboration across marketing, sales, and SMEs to support sales goals in the Americas
  • Comprehensive understanding of integrated marketing strategies
