What will you get up to?


  • Strategic Growth: Guide business through its next phase of growth. Translate the creative direction from CEO and team into viable commercial projects that deliver profitability while maintaining highest standards.
  • Profit Pioneer: Crunch the numbers, coach the team, and lead the charge in maximizing revenue and profit across all departments.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead teams. Offer hands-on leadership to the senior team and provide supportive guidance.

What we’re looking for:


  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Proven experience in a commercial director role or similar.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Proficiency in developing pricing models and profitability calculations.
  • Keen understanding of market trends and the ability to provide strategic insights.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards and best practices across all areas.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety, HACCP, and Food Safety regulations.
