The culture is all about growth, innovation and celebrating wins together.The RoleAs Sales and Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying, approaching and winning new clients who need engaging exhibition stands. You will be based in the office as part of a dynamic team and will have full support from designers, project managers and leadership to help you convert opportunities into long term partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and unearth new business opportunities across the exhibitions and events sectorBuild strong relationships with marketing teams, event organisers and brand leadersPresent creative solutions and collaborate closely with the in house design teamManage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closeAttend industry events, exhibitions and client meetings to build your networkDevelop repeat business and long lasting client relationshipsAbout YouConfident, proactive and hungry to exceed targetsA natural relationship builder who enjoys meeting peoplePrevious experience in exhibition stand sales or live events sales is a strong advantageMotivated by growth, opportunity and earning potentialA strong communicator who can pitch ideas with energy and clarityWhat You Will GetExcellent basic salaryIndustry leading commission structureClear progression as the company continues to growSupportive and creative environment where your ideas matterThe chance to work with exciting brands and high profile events
