We are currently recruiting for a leading property management company, for the role of Operations Manager. It’s an exciting opportunity to work for a company renowned for their award-winning expertise, they provide top-tier property management services as they transform places and experiences.


What You Can Expect

  • Location - Wood Green
  • Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off, 7am - 7pm.
  • Salary - Up to £34,000 DOE
  • Employment Type - Permanent


What you’ll be doing as an Operations Manager

  • Lead and manage your team to uphold exceptional standards across the development.
  • Play an active role in recruiting, training, and developing team members while adhering to operational and HR policies.
  • Work closely with other site teams to oversee contractor and contract management, ensuring efficient execution.
  • Support the development’s asset management initiatives.
  • Assist with site mobilisation, collaborating with clients, support teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Take responsibility for maintaining Health & Safety standards at the development.
  • Partner with colleagues, clients, and contractors to uphold robust health, safety, and risk management practices.
  • Contribute to the financial management of the development alongside the wider team.


Skills and Requirements

  • Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off, 7am - 7pm.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams.
  • Expertise in recruiting, mentoring, and developing team members.
  • Proficiency in managing contracts and coordinating with contractors.
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and risk management protocols.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Familiarity with financial processes related to property management.
  • A proactive mindset, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues efficiently.
