We are an innovative start-up that has been very successful in France. We offer ‘Smart, connected fridges’ to our clients, with fresh, chef-cooked meals to fulfil their employees lunch needs. We have now launched in London where we are building a team to experience the same success and growth that we have had in France. **(Position's office WOOD GREEN London)**

**Sunday
- Thursday: 10am to 7pm work**

In a context of fast expected growth, we’re looking for an experienced - yet hands-on - Operations Director.

**Role Overview**:
Working closely with our Head Chef, you'll be key to our kitchen and warehouse operations.

**Responsibilities**:
**Packaging & Labelling**
- Order, receive, and manage packaging inventory.
- Move stock between warehouse and kitchen (van)
- Quality checks (weight, appearance, etc.)

**Picking & Dispatch**
- Assemble client orders.
- Prep deliveries for drivers.

**Warehousing**
- Oversee stock moves between kitchen, warehouse, and clients.
- Place orders with suppliers.

**Admin**
- Add new items in our recipe and dispatch tools.
- Monitor time and costs for each task.
- 3y+ in warehouse or manufacturing or Kitchen operations
- Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Food or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Start-up mentality: dependable, agile, fast-paced.
- Proactive with high attention to detail.
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties
- Valid driver's license.
