- **Key accountabilities**_
As Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- **Assisting in the Facilities department in delivering an excellent service to clients** for formal reception events and client seminars. This will include helping with all aspects from setting up the meeting rooms to assisting with serving (whereappropriate) and **assisting in the kitchens with food preparation**:
- Assisting the relevant personal assistant or other meeting room organiser to ensure refreshments are provided/replenished as required
- To order lunches/canapes for Internal & Client facing meetings
- **To set up meeting rooms prior to meeting start times** and to empty meeting rooms in a timely way once meetings have ended.
- **To assist with always keeping all the kitchen facilities clean and tidy**:
- To ensure that coffee and tea is readily available at all times
- To ensure meeting room suites are fully topped up with supplies
- **To ensure regular cleaning and maintenance of catering equipment** in liaison with the Office Services Manager
- In liaison with Office Services Manager, assist with ensuring that stocks of non-perishable food and drinks are regularly replenished
