About the Role

As a Lead Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the Shop Manager to run an efficient shop and provide exceptional customer service;
  • Developing and implementing effective store routines and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and tidy shop environment;
  • Leading and motivating your team to achieve operational excellence and control costs, including shrinkage, waste, and payroll;
  • Supporting the Shop Manager with recruitment and induction of new team members;
  • Contributing to the development of a positive and productive work environment.

Contract Information

This is a permanent full-time position working a variety of shifts 5 days from 7 each week, usually including at least one weekend shift.
