  • Participate in recruitment and development of your team members, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and HR policies.
  • Collaborate with site team members to oversee contract/contractor management routines, guaranteeing effective implementation of contracts.
  • Support asset management routines to maintain the highest level of operational efficiency.
  • Assist in mobilisation processes, liaising with clients, support teams, and stakeholders involved in site mobilisation to ensure seamless transition.
  • Take ownership of Health & Safety at the development, promoting a risk-free environment for all stakeholders.
  • Work closely with team members, clients, support teams, contractors, and customers to uphold high standards of health & safety and risk management.
  • Contribute to the wider team's financial management of the development, providing expert guidance and support.

Main Skills/Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including 4 days on, 4 days off (7am - 7pm).
  • Proven experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Skilled in recruiting, training, and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Experience in managing contracts and coordinating with contractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety practices and risk management principles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of financial processes related to property management, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Proactive approach to handling issues and maintaining smooth operations, driving business success.
