Site Director - Operations and Asset Management

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Director - Operations and Asset Management to join our team at Add Property in Wood Green. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our property management company.

About the Role:

The Site Director - Operations and Asset Management will be responsible for leading and managing a team to uphold exceptional standards across the development. This includes recruiting, training, and developing team members while adhering to operational and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage your team to ensure efficient execution of daily operations.
  • Work closely with other site teams to oversee contractor and contract management.
  • Support the development's asset management initiatives.
  • Assist with site mobilisation, collaborating with clients, support teams, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain Health & Safety standards at the development.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams.
  • Expertise in recruiting, mentoring, and developing team members.
  • Proficiency in managing contracts and coordinating with contractors.
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and risk management protocols.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is approximately £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including opportunities for career development and growth.
