As a seasoned Duty Manager, you will play a key role in leading our team to deliver exceptional property management services at Addition+.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of professionals to ensure high standards in property management, transforming places and experiences for our clients.
  • Oversee contract management and asset mobilisation processes, collaborating with site team members and contractors.
  • Take ownership of Health & Safety, implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Support ongoing financial management of developments, providing accurate records and reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team to achieve high standards in property management, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance, driving business growth and success.
  • Coordinate with contractors, manage contracts, and ensure timely project delivery, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with clients, support teams, and contractors, resolving conflicts efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing and motivating a team, with a track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety practices and risk management principles, with experience in implementing proactive measures.
  • Knowledge of financial processes related to property management, including budgeting and forecasting, with experience in managing budgets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions.
