Youll have the freedom to get creative take initiative and make a real impact on how our team connects collaborates and thrives.If you love a challenge think on your feet and enjoy making people smile this could be your perfect next move.What youll be doing: Lead & InnovateConsistently look for ways to improve the employee experience reduce costs or improve efficienciesWork with the HR team and wider management team to organise events and employee experience activities Develop & DeliverManage the facilities and day-to-day running of the officeMaintain supplies of food beverages and other staples by monitoring stock and coordinating deliveriesMake sure the incoming and outgoing post is taken care ofLook after our DSE requirements and support any desk moves Optimise & AutomateMaintain easy-to-use reference guides on Workplace processes so the team can support when youre not here (we dont mind you taking some time off)Manage and maintain records of expenditure in all areas producing reports as required and working with our Finance team Engage & SupportWe really value health and wellbeing here youll work with Health Advocates to manage our Better Health at Work initiativeCoordinate and communicate relevant employee benefits (e.g. you can get a massage in the office every Tuesday and Wednesday) Plan & ProtectMonitor and support health and safety within the office and discuss any incidents or concerns with the Senior HR ManagerManage the relationship with our suppliers landlord and partners to ensure the office is a great place to work including cleaning contracts and security and keep our suppliers to their promises Collaborate & CommunicateOrganise travel requirements for our Newcastle-based employeesCreate key relationships within the team as well as externally with suppliers and other partnersQualifications : What Were Looking ForWere after someone with the right mix of experience and a positive can-do attitude as you will be an ambassador for Ubisoft Ltd for all our visitors. Heres what we need:GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and MathsExperience in an office management or support or similar roleGreat communication and people skillsA passion for delivering excellent service and employee experienceSuper organised detail-focused and discreetAble to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using VoIP tools (ideally Microsoft Teams)Confident managing your own workload and keeping others in the loopProactive solutions-focused and always looking to improveAdditional Information : We embrace a hybrid work model helping you stay connected with your team and aligned with business priorities while giving you the opportunity to maintain your work-life balance.
