Assistant Brand Manager - About The Role

You will be responsible for marketing some fantastic products and will contribute to integrated marketing campaigns. You will have a significant level of responsibility early on and will be required to manage your own time and duties.

The role will involve:

  • Ownership of brand planning and activity
  • Develop and implement comprehensive 360-degree marketing programs for products, collaborating with global and digital marketing teams to create customised campaigns and events
  • Manage budgets and monitor business performance against KPIs
  • Execute marketing strategies as directed by management
  • Assist in the development and execution of the marketing strategy cycle
  • Identify personal development opportunities in conjunction with management
  • Participate in industry shows and events to build new relationships and explore new opportunities

The successful Assistant Brand Manager will have/be:

  • Previous experience of working in B2C brand management
  • Creative and commercially astute
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to connect, collaborate, and influence effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Strong team player who is flexible and adaptable to changing demands
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential
  • A degree in a marketing-related field is preferred
