Compensation: £28,000 - £30,000
The nursery operates from 8 AM to 6 PM, and this role encompasses 41 hours across 4.5 days, with flexibility available for shorter hours if necessary. Your presence is required on Wednesdays and Fridays from 8 AM to 6 PM, while the remaining days can be adjusted to suit your needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in ensuring the effective operation of the nursery while maintaining and promoting the highest standards of care and education.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic, proactive approach, and lead by example, inspiring your team to achieve their best.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), relevant policies, and current Ofsted guidelines, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for childcare, stepping in to support staff ratios when necessary, and fostering strong relationships with your team.
To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare, a suitable Level 2 qualification in Mathematics, and have a proven history of effective management. Up-to-date training in Safeguarding and Paediatric First Aid is essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and basic ICT proficiency.
