About the Role
We are seeking a creative force A social native who deeply understands organic trends and is eager to bring this expertise to the world of social performance We require a dynamic and ambitious Content Marketing Specialist with skills in both video production and editing, as well as strong written content capabilities for SEO. This role is crucial for both our own content requirements as well as client servicing. Your creativity and design skills will be crucial in creating social media content and videos that resonate with our own / and our clients’ target audience. As our Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and effective content strategies across multiple platforms, leveraging your creativity, design, video and writing skills to enhance our brand and that of our clients. Your passion for digital marketing, exceptional creative skills, and client-centric mindset will contribute to the continued success of our agency. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to learn new skills and further develop their career in digital marketing.
Responsibilities
- Create, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality and engaging social media content for digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Develop compelling written content to enhance SEO and drive organic traffic.
- Collaborate with both internal/external stakeholders to design and develop creative concepts and implement content strategies.
- Analyse content performance and optimise strategies for better engagement and ROI.
- Support client servicing by delivering on brand, tailored content solutions.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on content creation, design and strategy.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Excellent storytelling and conceptualisation skills, with a knack for turning ideas into visually compelling content.
- An understanding of how and when to use social media trends, consumer behaviour, and advertising strategies.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and advertising formats.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while also being able to independently manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas effectively.
Pay range and compensation package
Salary: £25k-£30k, depending on experience
