The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving business expansion.

Key Duties:

· Design and execute detailed marketing strategies across various locations in East Sussex, which include:

o Home Instead Brighton, Hove and Shoreham

o Home Instead Lewes District and Uckfield

o Home Instead Eastbourne and Hailsham

· Develop and oversee both digital and traditional marketing campaigns across a range of channels, such as social media, newsletters, and local advertisements.

· Evaluate market dynamics and competitor behavior.

· Generate engaging content for the website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.

· Work collaboratively with teams in each location to ensure marketing activities align with overall business objectives.

· Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.

· Support recruitment and engagement initiatives for Care Professionals.

Required Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.

· Proficient in digital marketing techniques, including social media management and basic SEO.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.

· Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Meta Business Suite.

· Competence in graphic design software, particularly Canva.

· Exceptional time management and project coordination abilities.

Additional Insights:

A solid understanding of the East Sussex area is advantageous, along with a valid driver's license for inter-office travel.

Compensation is competitive, ranging from £13 to £15 per hour based on experience.
