We are looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist to become a vital part of our organization, overseeing multiple locations in East Sussex. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute detailed marketing strategies for various locations, including:

o Home Instead Brighton, Hove and Shoreham

o Home Instead Lewes District and Uckfield

o Home Instead Eastbourne and Hailsham

· Design and manage both digital and traditional marketing campaigns across a range of platforms, such as social media, newsletters, and local advertisements.

· Conduct market analysis to identify trends and assess competitor activities.

· Create engaging content for our website, social media channels, and promotional materials.

· Collaborate with teams at each location to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.

· Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts through performance metrics.

· Support recruitment and engagement initiatives for Care Professionals.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.

· Proficient in digital marketing, particularly social media and basic SEO.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.

· Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Meta Business Suite.

· Competence in graphic design software, particularly Canva.

· Exceptional time management and project planning abilities.

Additional Information:

A solid understanding of the East Sussex area is preferred, along with a valid driver's license for travel between locations.

Compensation is competitive, ranging from £13 to £15 per hour based on experience.
