The Role
Are you an organised and detail-orientated individual looking for your next career move? We are seeking a motivated and efficient person to join our team as a Senior Finance Administrator. You will play a key role in providing finance support for the business. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Practice Manager.
Responsibilities
This role requires a reliable, dedicated, enthusiastic, and professional person with good time management and organisational skills, who strives for great results when supporting a business. Duties include:
> Credit Control – invoicing and debt recovery
> Organise Payroll
> Bank reconciliation
> Prepare the Monthly and Annual Management Accounts
> Financial forecasting and budgets
> Financial performance (job by job) analysis
> Reconciling client accounts
> Internal financial reporting
> Interface with the Company Accountant
> Processing of Expenses
Ideal Candidate
> A degree or similar qualification in accounting, finance or related discipline
> 3 years experience of a similar role in a professional services consultancy
> Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, including formulas (essential)
> Proficient with the use of Xero (essential)
> Proficient with use of CMap (optional)
> Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
> Solution focused and attention to detail.
> Ability to organise, juggle multiple responsibilities and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
> Ability to work as part of a team.
