Job Title: Financial Accountant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in leading the IFRS/Fixed Assets/CAPEX and other accounting standards for the business. You will be responsible for managing the balance sheet for fixed assets, controlling intercompany reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with group procedures. You will also work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Sales to drive business growth and success.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified finance professional with experience working within a large complex organization. You will have a strong understanding of accounting processes, including IFRS16, Fixed Assets, CAPEX, and other accounting standards. You will also have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-financial leaders.
