Senior Finance Business Partner

As a Senior Finance Business Partner at Hays Senior Finance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective financial control, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple business units in the North. You will be responsible for business partnering with senior stakeholders to monitor performance and drive efficiency, continually improving the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of financial information for key stakeholders. You will also support the operations team in the preparation and delivery of strategic business plans for multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and efficiency
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple business units
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers to provide high-quality financial information and support
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to senior stakeholders
Requirements
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
• Proven track record of building business relationships and interacting with internal customers
• Ability to solve problems and provide high-quality financial information and support
