As a Senior Finance Business Partner at Hays Senior Finance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective financial control, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple business units in the North. You will be responsible for building strong business relationships with senior stakeholders to monitor performance and drive efficiency. Your expertise will be essential in continually improving the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of financial information for key stakeholders. You will also support the operations team in preparing and delivering strategic business plans for multiple units.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and analyze financial performance across multiple business units
• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive efficiency and growth
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Provide high-quality financial information to support business decision-making
Requirements
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
• Proven track record of building strong business relationships and interacting with internal customers
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
