We are presently in search of an exceptional Head of Human Resources to lead and orchestrate all facets of equity-focused initiatives within our organization. In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with advancing Luupli's commitment to inclusivity and fairness across all aspects of our company culture, policies, and practices.

Role Overview

As the Head of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in defining the direction of luupli’s employee journey, employer brand, HR structures, HR systems, HR policies and will spearhead advancing Luupli's commitment to inclusivity and fairness within our organization. You will be reporting directly to the CEO.


Key Responsibilities


·        Strategic Leadership: Develop and drive Luupli's equity and inclusion strategy, aligning it with our overall mission and vision. Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate DEI principles into all aspects of our organization.

·        Policy Development: Design, implement, and continuously refine HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness, equity, and compliance with relevant regulations. This includes recruitment, hiring, promotion, compensation, and performance management processes.

·        Talent Acquisition and Retention: Lead efforts to attract, recruit, and retain diverse talent across all levels of the organization. Partner with hiring managers to implement inclusive recruitment practices and support diversity in candidate pipelines.

·        Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to foster awareness, understanding, and cultural competence among employees and leaders. Provide resources and support for professional development opportunities, particularly for underrepresented groups.

·        Employee Engagement and Support: Create initiatives and programs to promote a positive and inclusive work environment, where all employees feel valued, respected, and supported. Establish mechanisms for addressing and resolving concerns related to equity and discrimination.

·        Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyse, and report on diversity and inclusion metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of DEI initiatives.

·        Partnership and Collaboration: Cultivate relationships with external organizations, networks, and community groups to enhance our DEI efforts and contribute to broader industry initiatives. Represent Luupli as a leader in equity and inclusion both internally and externally.



Qualifications


·        Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

·        Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior HR leadership role with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, preferably in the technology or social media industry.

·        In-depth knowledge of DEI best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements.

·        Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic DEI initiatives that drive measurable results.

·        Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

·        Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting.

·        Commitment to Luupli's mission and values, with a passion for driving positive change and creating an inclusive workplace culture.


Compensation


This role is equity-based until seed funding is secured. Upon joining Luupli, you will receive equity in the company in exchange for your time and expertise. The role will transition into a full-time and paid position after seed funding, which is anticipated to occur later this year or earlier next year.
