We have an exciting new vacancy for a receptionist to join our team at Hollins Hall Hotel & Country Club Set in 200 acres of stunning grounds, just 6 miles from Bradford and 5 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport. This historic hotel has 122 spacious bedrooms, an on-site Bar & Restaurant as well as exceptional Leisure facilities and an 18 18-hole championship Golf Course.

Your duties will include:

  • Monitoring the reception desk and dealing with Front Office duties including running the night audit report, checking -in and checking out of guests, as well as Counting and balancing cash, credit cards and direct bill accounts.
  • Ensuring a seamless experience for guests by efficiently checking them in and out.
  • Maximizing room sales and promoting the hotel's food and beverage facilities.
  • Providing guests with detailed information about all hotel products and services.
  • Having a working knowledge of hotel booking systems (preferred).
  • Answering telephones, taking messages, and responding to guest inquiries.

The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera PMS systems would be beneficial, but it is not essential.
