Role details:

  • Job title: Customer Advisor Advanced

  • Location: Full time on site, Lingley Mere Business Park, Green Avenue, Great Sankey, WA5 3LP

  • Contract: 6 month temporary assignment

  • Hourly pay rate: £13.60 per hour

  • Full training provided: Initial 2 weeks, 09:00-17:00

  • Working hours:? Rota Basis - shifts between 8am - 6pm.

  • Start date: ASAP

  • Application deadline: Tuesday 28th May.

  • Expected interview weeks with United Utilities: 29th - 31st May.

What you'll need to be successful in the role?

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great Customer Service and negotiation skills
  • To be able to demonstrate high levels of attention to detail
  • Maths & English GCSE's Grade 4 and above
  • Working experience of Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to deal professionally with internal and external colleagues across all levels
