Company Description

We are a well-established lubricants company based in Leyton, London, specialising in engine oils and lubricants for the automotive industry. We are looking for a dedicated Inbound Telesales and Operations Analyst, ideally with telesales experience in the automotive sector, seeking a long-term role.


This role is perfect for a motivated, sales-focused individual who excels in building customer relationships and driving business growth by seeking new business opportunities and promoting services to prospects.


You will represent a diverse range of suppliers, catering to a variety of customers including workshops, garages, specialist commercial workshops, agricultural operations, and both motorcycle and automotive sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, including cold calls to promote products and services
  • Identify and execute new business opportunities, maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
  • Provide product information and pricing
  • Accurately update the customer database for mailing and billing.
  • Process sales, accept payments, and manage customer inquiries on product specs and pricing.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote products, services, and special offers.
  • Assist the operations manager with sales and operational tasks.
  • Chase outstanding payments and respond to ad-hoc email queries.
  • Maintain CRM records, manage supplier relationships, and ensure high customer service levels.


Key Requirements:

  • 12+ months telesales experience in the automotive industry (essential)
  • Self-motivated with a consultative sales approach
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Target-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Sage experience is a plus
