Taking ownership and management for senior level, experienced hires within the organisation and working closely with hiring managers, internal stakeholders and the HR team, the Head of Talent Attraction will deliver effective and inclusive recruitment solutions.The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, passionate and commercially minded individual who is keen to immerse themselves in a fast-paced environment.What’s on offer? Our client is offering a competitive salary and core and flexible benefits scheme, which includes 25+ days annual leave, pension scheme, life assurance, private medical insurance, discretionary bonus and much more (pro rata).Standard working hours are 9.30am - 5.30pm and hybrid working is offered.Key responsibilities as the Interim Head of Talent (Attraction and Recruitment) will include:Proactively developing effective working relationships with partners and line managers across the firmProviding hiring managers with advice, guidance and support in order to deliver a consistent and fair approach to señor recruitment and talent acquisitionManaging the end to end senior level recruitment process through direct and indirect sourcing methods and identifying the best strategies to attract senior individualsProactively using recruitment platforms to advertise rolesCreating innovative hiring solution which are adaptable to the ever-changing marketEnsuring the company’s diversity and inclusion objectives are aligned with recruitment strategies Managing data to drive recruitment decisions and preparing reports for the SMTAnd much more What we’re looking for:Previous experience in a similar strategic and operational Senior Talent / Recruitment management roles, ideally gained within a legal or professional services environmentExperienced in senior level recruitment Proven track record of delivering senior level recruitment solutions and projects in a complex, fast-paced environmentDemonstrable experience managing and developing team membersSolid track record of working with senior management / senior stakeholdersAbility to use data successfully to assist decision making and reporting on ROIExcellent project management skillsImpeccable organisational skillsStrong communication skills and excellent relationship management skills with proven ability to gain credibility at all levelsIT literate including MS Office Excellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong academicsInterested in this Head of Talent (Attraction and Recruitment) contract role?
