Head of Talent Acquisition – Nasstar Job Summary Lead the Talent Acquisition function in a hybrid environment, building and executing a talent strategy that drives business growth and strengthens culture. Location & Compensation Hybrid – remote with regular visits to London and Leeds offices. Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 per year. Key Responsibilities Attract and identify suitable candidates for vacancies through direct hiring and maintaining a preferred supplier list of recruitment partners. Adhere to recruitment budget and deliver hires in a timely fashion in accordance with agreed KPIs. Provide market intelligence, scope candidate profiles, and support workforce planning decisions. Lead the TA team, training managers to ensure clear, consistent, and professional candidate communication. Ensure role presentations are positive and realistic, and deliver high‑quality interview experiences with constructive feedback. Advise managers on market conditions, process, and interview best practice, and update them regularly on vacancy status. Develop and execute employer branding initiatives—including content creation, social media campaigns, and job advert quality—to enhance the company’s reputation. Produce reports and updates for departments and hiring managers, and contribute to quarterly management review packs outlining TA progress and performance. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Significant experience in talent acquisition leadership roles, preferably in a technology or professional services environment. Strong business partner experience and proven ability to influence at all levels. Demonstrated success in delivering TA‑related change projects and improvements. Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making skills. Curious, collaborative, and inspirational leadership style. Benefits 25 days’ holiday plus a birthday off.
