??Are you a CRM expert looking for a new challenge in an exciting industry? Our client is seeking a talented CRM Systems Administrator to join their team on a permanent contract basis.

??As the CRM Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the functionality of the CRM system, customising it to meet the organisation's unique needs, managing user access, creating insightful reports and dashboards, and providing top-notch technical support. Your role will be crucial in optimising CRM performance and ensuring its effective utilisation across the group of companies.??

Previous experience of using BigChange, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or CRM systems is essential Please only apply if you have experience with any of these systems.

??What's On Offer:

??Job type: Full-time, 9AM - 5PM, 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday

??Location: South Tyneside

??Contract type: Permanent

?? Salary ranging from £24,000 to £25,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing system administration support, especially related to user permissions, custom objects, and workflows for our site services department.
  • Creating and managing complex workflow rules, data validation, and approval processes.
  • Analysing data to provide insights into operation and productivity.
  • Coordinating and supporting integrations with third-party applications.

Ideal Candidate:

  • You have a deep understanding of the commercial operation, challenges, and objectives of each team, and can improve their operation through CRM administration and consultation.
  • Your experience includes providing system administration support for CRM systems (preferably BigChange), focusing on user permissions, custom objects, workflows, and profiles.
  • You have a proven track record of creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
  • You are skilled in analysing data to provide insights into team operation, effectiveness, and productivity.
  • You have at least 2+ years of experience in CRM administration, preferably with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or BigChange.
  • You have excellent knowledge of sales teams and implementing their requirements.�?
