They are now seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join their executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the firm's growth, leading the sales team, and developing key strategic partnerships. The CRO will play a pivotal role in executing the corporate strategic plan and ensuring the alignment of revenue-generating departments with the firm's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior leadership to execute the corporate strategic plan and drive growth.
- Lead and inspire the sales team, expanding the business across all customer segments.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance reach and operational efficiency.
- Align strategies across finance, marketing, and product management to achieve revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to guide product development and business decisions.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles focused on revenue generation.
- Proven ability to grow revenue through strategic planning, marketing, and partnerships.
- Strong experience in general management, including P&L oversight.
