Job Description

Job Title: Chief Commercial Officer - Americas, EMEA & Asia-Pacific

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Commercial Officer to join our team at McLaren Racing. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our Co-Chief Commercial Officer and team to ensure the smooth operation of our commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Co-Chief Commercial Officer, including diary management, meeting arrangements, and project coordination.
  • Manage the Co-Chief Commercial Officer's expenses and traveling schedule, including booking flights, hotels, and local transportation arrangements.
  • Plan complex external visits and meetings for the Co-Chief Commercial Officer team, including meetings, video conferencing, and special experiences.
  • Prepare complex documents requiring the integration of multiple office technology and software applications.
  • Build trusted relationships with members of the Executive Directors Office, colleagues, clients, and their PAs.
  • Work closely with the Commercial team on our prospect database entry and application of functions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on sales pipeline and support the Co-Chief Commercial Officer with internal memos to key MRL leadership and shareholders.
  • Manage archives of information provided by the company's external research partner.
  • Manage database of marketing collateral.
  • Advanced Windows, iOS, and Microsoft knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work outside of typical business hours, including weekends.
  • Attention to detail and ability to think ahead in planning and preparation.
  • Flexibility in terms of working hours and dealing with unscheduled requests.
