Commercial Manager - MEP Specialist

Crown House Technologies, a leading engineering and building services specialist, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team. As part of the Laing O'Rourke Group, we offer a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects across various sectors, including healthcare, defense, and science & research.

The Role:
  • Manage and supervise all commercial aspects of a section of a large or medium project, including specialist sub-contractors and client liaison.
  • Provide commercial, contractual, and financial management services to projects and the business, ensuring project and business profit objectives are met.
  • Plan, monitor, and support operations, promoting 'best practice' and encouraging continuous improvement.
  • Direct and manage commercial resources to ensure the success of the company business plan.
  • Develop and support the commercial function, ensuring the delivery of commercial activities for projects.
