Crown House Technologies, part of the Laing O'Rourke Group, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of our projects, including managing specialist sub-contractors, liaising with clients and project teams, and providing commercial, contractual and financial management services to ensure project and business profit objectives are met.

The Role:
  • Manage and supervise all commercial aspects of a section of a large or medium project or a small project, including managing specialist sub-contractors and liaising with client and project teams.
  • Provide commercial, contractual and financial management services to projects and the business to ensure project and business profit objectives and targets are met and cash and margin are managed to maximise performance.
  • Plan, monitor and support operations, encourage 'best practice' and ensure development needs of line reports are met.
  • Direct and manage the commercial resources of a project during the pre-construction and construction phases to ensure success of the company business plan.
  • Exposure to the largest, most complex and innovative projects in the industry and a culture that nurtures passion and expertise in next generation construction methods and technology.
