Being a positive role model, an effective practice leader, guiding and developing the team to support people to have the best possible quality of life. You’ll lead your team with kindness and compassion, taking accountability for all aspects of the home, focusing on making ordinary people’s lives extraordinary. Areas such as recruitment, retention, budget management and rota planning are all part of the role but the focus remains on the people we support. The sense of fun you’ll bring helps make things happen.
