We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our teams in Fernery House, providing exceptional care and support to autistic adults and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the outstanding care and management of all aspects of the service, ensuring individual outcomes are met for the people we support.
- Maintain quality of service and strive to grow and develop the services, adapting to changing needs.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations in relation to the day-to-day care of people accessing the service.
- Assess, identify, and meet the needs of adults with autism through careful programme planning and behaviour support.
- Manage an agreed budget to provide an efficient, viable service.
- Supervise and manage staff performance and coordinate positive, collaborative liaison with external agencies, multi-disciplinary teams, and health professionals.
- A recognised social work qualification or a professional qualification relevant to working with adults at least at level 4.
- A qualification in management at least at level 4.
- At least two years' experience relevant to social care within the last five years.
- At least two years' experience supervising and managing professional staff.
- Driving license preferred and access to own transport.
- A fantastic induction programme, regular reflective supervision, continuing learning and development opportunities.
