As the IT Operations Manager for Business Applications, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our company's business applications, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security. You will lead a team of skilled professionals and work closely with vendors to manage service level agreements (SLAs), implement changes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role presents a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the technology landscape of our organization and driving innovation to support our business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals responsible for managing and supporting the company's business applications.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all business applications, including enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and other key systems.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to SLAs to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize projects, and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for strategic investments to support business growth.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT operations management, with experience in managing business applications.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of business application systems, including ERP, CRM, and other key platforms.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts, with a focus on SLA management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
