Partnerships Manager/ BD Manager

Join us in making a difference in the lives of students worldwide by leveraging your expertise and empathy to provide exceptional support through UAP. You will be instrumental in identifying new partnership opportunities, nurturing stakeholder relationships, overseeing the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements and driving recruitment performance.
Recruitment Performance and Account Management:
Take on the responsibility for overseeing the recruitment performance of universities and colleges within designated geographical territories.
Promote and strengthen stakeholder relationships using effective account management strategies to meet ambitious recruitment goals.
Engage in proactive prospecting for new partner institutions via outreach, networking events, and presentations.
Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date CRM with all pertinent partner information and interactions.
Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, coordinating with legal teams on contractual details.
Continuously monitor the international higher education landscape, including industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes.
Collaborate with the business development, marketing, and operations departments to support the implementation of partnership initiatives.
Representation and Networking:
Leverage networking opportunities to expand UAP's professional network and establish new partnerships.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnership activities.
Analyse performance data and compile regular reports for senior management.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Education, International Relations, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the education sector, especially in recruitment or admissions, with a strong existing network in international recruitment.
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Proficient in examining and negotiating contracts, with a comprehensive understanding of legal principles related to agreements.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
