Our client, a privately owned and self-funded business, is recruiting a Senior HR Advisor to support their ambitious growth. They are a group of companies including two Foreign Exchange Brokerages, a Fintech hub, a Property Media Company, and a Luxury Property Brand. As they continue to expand, their HR team is essential to supporting their people.

The main purpose of a Senior HR Advisor role is:

HR System Management:
  • Update and maintain employee records on the HRMS (People HR).
  • Ensure accurate records of contractual changes, holiday, and sick leave.
HR Communication:
  • Monitor and respond to queries in the HR Mailbox.
  • Take ownership of the HR Newsletter.
HR Audits & Administration:
  • Conduct regular HR data audits.
  • Refine HR administration processes and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Manage absence records and conduct Return to Work interviews.
Payroll, Benefits & Invoicing:
  • Run payroll for our UK and Spain offices.
  • Manage paperwork for family leave, flexible working, and employee benefits.
  • Process pension reports, company incentives, and HR invoices.
Systems & Compliance:
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records in CRM.
  • Conduct annual DBS checks and manage the P11D process.
Onboarding & Employee Welfare:
  • Draft and issue offer letters, contracts, and handle the onboarding process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR administration, with exposure to payroll and benefits management.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.
