Your Role in Their Story


Are you a forward-thinking QA Lead who values diversity and innovation? As an exciting B2B SaaS scale-up, we're seeking a talented QA Lead to join our growing team. Your unique perspective and expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping the future. This is the first role within our QA function and will be instrumental in defining how the function grows and develops.


As a QA Lead, you'll have the exciting opportunity to:

  • Collaborate Across Boundaries: Work hand in hand with teams from various backgrounds to support the design, development, and implementation of impactful solutions.
  • Pioneer Strategy, Automation & Tooling: Define, develop, and implement a robust QA strategy tailored to the fast-paced needs of a startup environment, including the identification and implementation of QA/testing tools.
  • Define What Good Looks Like: Establish and monitor key quality metrics such as defect rates, test coverage, and release readiness, providing transparency into product quality.
  • Stay Ahead Together: Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies, ensuring we remain leaders in our industry.
  • Build a Team: As the business grows, you’ll help build and scale the QA team, ensuring the team structure supports the company’s strategic goals.


Your Skills and Qualifications


  • Experience: You have several years of software QA experience; bonus points if you have experience in a SaaS/startup environment.
  • Expertise: An understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
