Description Lead and manage production teams to achieve manufacturing targets, (4 Managers across 4 shifts) Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards within the site. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Monitor and analyse production performance metrics to optimise processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with business objectives. Oversee the maintenance of equipment to ensure operational reliability. Develop and implement strategies to meet customer demands and deadlines.
