Job Description

The role of Senior Manufacturing Engineer is to lead the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, methods, facilities, equipment, and tooling that drive improvement to achieve and exceed performance in safety, quality, and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to meet project requirements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize risks.
  4. Optimize production processes and methods to improve efficiency and productivity.
  5. Design and develop new tools, equipment, and facilities to support manufacturing operations.
  6. Manage and maintain records of manufacturing activities and data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to design and develop new tools, equipment, and facilities.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
