EA to General Counsel

We are looking for an experienced EA to work for an impressive midsized company, with a global reach.  This company acts as a holding company to many successful ventures, and they are looking for an EA who can support the General Council on a 1:1 basis.  This will be an incredible opportunity for an EA who is looking to get involved in additional projects and responsibilities, to support a successful individual at an exciting time of their career.  The successful EA will have a background in Law, either from formal education or experience of working in a Law firm or for a General Counsel.  You will be used to acting as a right hand person, scheduling travel arrangements, managing a complex calendar, whilst also liaising across the businesses and running your own projects.  This is a lovely company to work for and they are looking for an EA to become a part of their team,  Along with a competitive salary, they offer benefits including a hybrid working structure.

Duties will include:

  • Extremely complex diary management Inbox management Complex travel arrangements across time zones Preparing presentations Project management Event organisation

 

Requirements:

  • Degree level or equivalent A background in Law, either from formal education or experience of working in a Law firm or for a General Counsel Strong MS skills – including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent organisational skills Able to use initiative Flexible and happy to multitask Technology savvy Efficient High attention to detail
