UK R2R Manager - Bracknell (hybrid) - Contract - £400 per day (inside IR35)
Incredible opportunity for an experienced R2R Manager to join this global brand and play a proactive part in a once-in-a-generation finance transformation programme.
Introduction
This role will focus on the UK Head Office R2R operation taking ownership of R2R month-end close activities, coordinating the team through a structural and operational transition, and establishing standardised best-practice processes and systems to act as the pilot project for rollout across Europe. An initial 6-month contract with the potential to go permanent. This role will help create and shape a best-practice R2R functional operation across Europe.
Role
An experienced R2R Manager overseeing
- Key record-to-report activities
- Ensuring timely and accurate month-end close
- Governance and Compliance framework adherence
- Driving organisational and operational change
- plus End-to-end process improvements.
You will collaborate with FP&A, Group Finance, and an outsourced Shared Service Centre to maintain high-quality financial data across the European region.
About You
The ideal candidate:
- Qualified accountant with extensive experience in a financial control environment and IFRS accounting.
- SOX Compliance experience essential.
- Proven track record of managing team activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
- Experience with systems such as Trintech Cadency, Hyperion, SAP S4Hana, and BOFC is advantageous.
- A self-driven, motivated professional, you can prioritize workloads to meet tight deadlines.
The Offer
Initially a 6-month contract with the potential to go permanent. Day rate £400pd (inside IR35). Hybrid working available.
