Brief Job Description:
The Head of Digital Transformation will be responsible for leading the Digital Transformation Programme, a component of the company’s strategic plan. This role focuses on leveraging digital technology to deliver modern, efficient services to the business while supporting the group's commercial ambitions. The Head of Digital Transformation will also ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the internal IT infrastructure and team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Digital Strategy Development and Implementation
· Internal IT Operations and Team Management
· Support for Senior Business Leaders
· External Technical Delivery
· Organisational Support and Championing Digital Solutions
· Resource Management
Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading digital transformation programmes.
- Evidence of delivery of a core Enterprise Resourcing Planning (ERP) & Data strategy.
- Expertise in strategic planning and delivery aligned with the IT roadmap.
- Strong leadership qualities with a positive, well-organised, and driven approach.
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at executive levels.
- Experience in commercial negotiations and managing 3rd party suppliers.
- Proven track record in leading transformation projects across an organisation.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
