We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Planning Team Leader to join our Transformation Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital strategies, portfolios, and governance frameworks.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital strategies, portfolios, and governance frameworks to drive business transformation and improvement.
- Lead the development of business cases, project plans, and resource allocation plans to support digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital opportunities and risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, project managers, and subject matter experts.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on digital planning, governance, and strategy.
- Postgraduate diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as business administration, IT, or digital transformation.
- Proven experience in digital planning, governance, and strategy, with a strong understanding of business change, project and programme delivery.
- Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office packages, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in staff management, financial management, and procurement activities.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve problems before they arise, identifying and implementing solutions.
- Ability to analyse, investigate, and resolve complex queries and issues.
- Ability to deliver quality work against challenging deadlines, with strong organisation and planning skills.
- Collaborative approach and good team working, with a strong delivery focus and ability to drive continuous improvement.
