Job Title: Digital Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Digital Portfolio Manager to join our Transformation Unit team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exciting change initiatives, service improvements, and defined projects across our portfolio of work.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects and initiatives to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate diploma or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business administration or IT.
  • Proven experience in portfolio management, project coordination, and digital transformation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
