About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious leader to join our team as the Head of Digital Portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and delivery of our digital portfolio, driving innovation and improvement in patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a digital portfolio strategy that aligns with our Trust's strategic objectives.
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of digital projects and programmes, ensuring they meet the required standards and deliver benefits to patients.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the Digital Portfolio Office, ensuring it is effective in delivering value-add to services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure the digital portfolio is aligned with business needs and delivers positive patient outcomes.
  • Manage and develop a team of professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver the digital portfolio.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related subject or equivalent experience.
  • Post Graduate Degree or equivalent level of experience.
  • PRINCE 2 Practitioner or demonstrable equivalent experience.
  • MSP, MOP or equivalent.
  • Significant experience of delivering digital projects and programmes within a complex environment to defined standards.
  • Experience of managing financial budgets in excess of £1m.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work at all levels of the organisation.
