Job Title: Digital Planning Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Planning Team Leader to join our Transformation Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital strategies, portfolios, and governance frameworks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital strategies, portfolios, and governance frameworks to drive business transformation and improvement.
  • Lead the development of business cases, project plans, and resource allocation plans to support digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, project managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on digital planning, governance, and strategy.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as business administration, IT, or digital transformation.
  • Proven experience in digital planning, governance, and strategy, with a strong understanding of business change, project and programme delivery.
  • Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office packages, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in staff management, financial management, and procurement activities.
