Key Responsibilities:

  • Office supplement management: Ensure smooth office daily operation; continuously improve the office environment and deal with staff daily requests/complaints.
  • Office asset management: regularly check the asset a)management quality and supervise and provide support if required. b) asset allocation c) asset disposal/ scrap
  • Storage room management: Ensure office has enough stock and all the items placed in an organized and trackable system.
  • Procurement assistant: to raise the purchase order as requested and receive the service/goods and proceed the payments on a timely manner.
  • Meeting and event support: timely support to supervisors and departments, results-oriented.
  • Business trip support: generated invitation letter, booking transportation and accommodation for visitors and staff relocation.
  • Supplier management: Maintain regular communication with suppliers, and report issue to supplier in timely manner and mange supplier performance appraisal
  • Others: occasionally cover reception if required.
  • Weekly meeting and quarterly report to Line Manager.

  • Hands-on and can-do attitude
  • Well-organized and structured working style.
  • Great communication ability.
  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Team spirit, openness for an international environment and Chinese business culture

Desired:

  • 2 years + experience in similar role would be desired
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
